Hi,

1. In legacy view, the message "No items found" is always shown in table view. I tried changing to other string in loop editor but doesn't take effect.

2. I can't seem to find the option to change the placeholder of a select box in Relationship form. How can I change "Search for a post" to something else?

At a time I will take one question.

Do you mean you do not want to display anything when there is no items found by views? if yes:

You can simply remove the text from no items found:

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

Can you please try to change the "No items found" message with the following view:
- hidden link

And check if that help you to resolve your issue.

My issue is resolved. May I know what caused the problem?

There were no problem.

You use nested views (view inside view),

If you see the following view's loop output:
=> hidden link

<td>[types field="donor-address"][/types]</td>
<td>[types field="donor-phone"][/types]</td>
<td>[types field="donor-since"][/types]</td>
<td>[types field="paid-until"][/types]</td>
<td>[types field="last-trans"][/types]</td>
<td>[types field="memo"][/types]</td>
<td>[types field="donor-status"][/types]</td>
<td>[wpv-view name='students-belongs-singe-donor']</td>

As you can see the view "students-belongs-singe-donor" is added to above view. So you need to change the "No Items found" text on the following view as well.
