I am trying to:
I have a post type Event, in which a question can be asked. A question can be asked by more than one member (as more than one member may have same question), and a member can ask more than one questions. Let me explain my post relations;
Events---[have many]--->Questions (1 to many)
Question<---[have many]--->Members (many to many using intermediary post-type MemQuest)
If I open Question post in wordpress edit post screen I can select one sitting and multiple members. How can I achieve same in Cred forms. I don't need to insert extra data. I will open Cred form from event parent post, and assume that event will be pre-selected. I need help in selecting multiple members in cred form.
If you want something other that what’s described in above doc (like: multiple many-to-many relationships) then it will require custom coding. We have some recommended list of service providers here who can implement such things for you: https://toolset.com/consultant/
I recommend selecting multiple parents in many to many relationship should be added as feature request in cred form, where behaviour of cred forms can be different from native wordpress environment. Cred form may allow selection of multiple parents of same post types and can create intermediary posts at the time of form submission.
I am following toolset blog where Amir has announced an overhaul of many to many relations in post types, this would be a good time to review many to many relationship functionality in cred forms as well.
I would try to write custom code myself and would open a new thread if further technical support is required.
