Hi Sven,
Welcome to Toolset support. From the screenshot you have provided this seems to be a Fatal PHP Error that needs more details.
If it is possible for you to provide a copy of the website, that will be great so we can check without the fear of ruining a live website.
To be able to know what might be problem cause, there is a need to change the default WordPress error page to more detailed ones by doing the steps below:
Would you please access your website files and edit the "wp-config.php" file on the root folder of your WordPress installation and add the code below into the file:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true );
Please add the code above the line below:
/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
For more information:

See if you can do that and get back to us with the actual error under the hood for further investigaiton.
Hello,
thanks for your swift reply.
I do not have a copy of the website; we don't have a development site. And all this PHP things are too complex for me. I don't have knowledge about it.
I am prepared to allow you to make a copy of my website onto your own environment and sort things out that (let me know what you need) or else I want a refund.
thanks.
Hi Sven,
I will be happy to copy your website t our server and test to see why the fatal error happens.
I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
I will install the Cloudways migrate plugin and add our server details to the plugin settings and click the migrate button.
Make sure you set the next reply as private.
Thanks.
Hi there,
before I share the info I need some more answers:
1) If you migrate the website, it means you get a COPY and the original remains on my server? (because migration means moving from X to Y and you don't call it copying).
2) After you take copy my original website will remain running as normally?
3) You will put your copy on "no index" so that there is no problem with double content? And you will destroy everything after problem solving?
rgds,
Sven.
Hi Sven.
The answer is yes for all three questions. It will be a COPY the original website will work as is and the copied website will be in noindex mode in cloudways and will be destroyed after solving the problem.
Please make sure you set the next reply as private to provide the login information.
Thanks.
Hi Sven,
Thank you for your patience. I managed to copy the website to our server. I found out that you tried to install some Toolset add-ons that are not related and needed for your website.
I enabled only the plugins below and deleted the other plugins of Toolset:
Toolset Types
Toolset Blocks
Toolset Maps
Toolset Access
Toolset Forms
If you check the website with the same login information you provided you will see that those are enabled and work with no issues:

So I suggest that you do the same thing and get back to us with the result.
Thank you.
Hello,
thanks for your reply.
So should I ENABLE or DISABLE these plugins:
Toolset Types
Toolset Blocks
Toolset Maps
Toolset Access
Toolset Forms
thanks.
Hi,
Please"Enable" the list you provided. Thanks.
Hi,
Your cleanup robot is complaining that I did not answer yet. I will look into enabling the plugin in the coming days and then get back. I just reply to keep this thread open.
rgds,
Sven.
Hi Sven,
