Hi there
I can't spot what the problem is from the front end.
Would it be possible to get access to the site to take a closer look?
(I would probably want to add a copy of the View to a test page and change the settings to update via page refresh when clicking on search, it's easier to debug than the ajax request that happens currently when entering a location search.)
Let me mark your next reply as private so that we can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for us to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

Thanks for that.
This is a production site, would it be possible to work on a staging server?
To debug this needs some basic testing steps such as disabling non-essential plugins.
I made a simple edit to the View settings, to update via page refresh rather than ajax, so that I could see the generated queries when selecting a location, but that had the very strange effect of causing the page to update continuously ever couple of seconds, so I had to revert to the prior settings.
The site is not really public yet, so feel free...
Will check what´s happening there with reloading...
... switched that auto-reload off now.
Hi there,
Thank you for the login information I checked and duplicated the view but the same problem is there. I asked the second tier support for help and will get back to you as soon as I have an update.
Thanks.
Ok, thank you.
Hi there,
The second-tier support ruled out a guess regarding SQL error on the website. The troubleshooting continues.
I just wanted to give an update here and inform that we are working on the issue and I will get back to you if I have any news.
Thanks.
Hi there,
The second-tier support could not identify the problem cause and asked for help from the developers.
It will take time, but just wanted to update you here that we are on the case.
thanks.
Hi there,
I have an answer from the dev team.
Edit a Wunsch post.
Note that it has two address custom fields, one of which has a value, one of which is empty (for all the posts).
The user needs to update their View so that the distance filter works off the address field which actually has values.
