[Resolved] Search view components does not display any information.

Hi,
I'm trying to set up a search view but when I add the component to list the product categories or any other item, the items do not appear in the component on the page (image2.png). The combo is always empty. Whether in dropdown mode, select multiple, check box ... none displays any information.

Thank you for getting in touch.

Does the same still occur on the frontend? There might be errors in your console that is causing the view not to pull the items on the backend but if the same persists on the frontend then it can be because of a plugin conflict.

What I recommend that you do is to go through the basic debugging steps to ensure that we are not dealing with a plugin conflict.

Please disable all your non-toolset plugins and then check the view again to see if the items start displaying. If they still don't we can take it from there.

Hi Shane,

I tried but is a very complicated plugin.
I can´t get what I want. I just want to build a search bar that´s do the search based on product category, product location and distance.
I start to build the search view, component by component but and could not finalize because it stops to work everytime.

the plugin is not exactly what I was looking for. Could you please give the steps to cancel and get a refund? I found the information about log in to my account but I can find any place there to ask for a refund.
