Hello,
I am trying to integrate the search function on my site but it does'n find words on the text site.
I'm using Relevanssi to increase the search theme (Flatsome), using at the same time WPML and Toolset.

I have found and applied many of the settings found on your site and on that of the other plugins but I cannot find a solution.
Could you help me, please?

I have the delivery of the site tomorrow.

Thank you. Best.

Ferruccio

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please share bit more information and problem URL what exactly not working and what is your expected result?

I will also require admin access details to review your current settings.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Can you please share where exactly I should search for?

On the frontend I used default search box and searched for the word gill</strong.:
=> hidden link

I see one result with "continue reading" button that actually links to that actual Gillian Ayres post.

I've attached a print screen, the search ii's not the one on the top/right but on bottom/left.

I'm not sure how you added that "Search" as when I checked the rendered HTML for that search:

<div id="search-lightbox" class="dark text-center mfp-hide">
		<div class="searchform-wrapper ux-search-box relative form-flat is-large"><form role="search" method="get" class="searchform" action="<em><u>hidden link</u></em>">
	<div class="flex-row relative">
						<div class="flex-col flex-grow">
			<label class="screen-reader-text" for="woocommerce-product-search-field-0">Search for:</label>
			<input type="search" id="woocommerce-product-search-field-0" class="search-field mb-0" placeholder="Search…" value="" name="s">
			<input type="hidden" name="post_type" value="product">
							<input type="hidden" name="lang" value="en">
					</div>
		<div class="flex-col">
			<button type="submit" value="Search" class="ux-search-submit submit-button secondary button icon mb-0" aria-label="Submit">
				<i class="icon-search"></i>			</button>
		</div>
	</div>
	<div class="live-search-results text-left z-top"></div>
<input type="hidden" name="lang" value="en"></form>
</div>	</div>

I can see the search input is added as:

<input type="search" id="woocommerce-product-search-field-0" class="search-field mb-0" placeholder="Search…" value="" name="s">

It seems specific to woocommerce and I'm not sure how it is related to Toolset as Toolset offers Relevanssi integration when you are using view with text search:
=> https://toolset.com/course-lesson/searching-texts-in-custom-fields-with-toolset-and-relevanssi/

When I search for the keyword "music" and I see there are few products available that have "music" in title. And I can see it works:
=> hidden link

This is not related to Toolset as you are not using the view with Text search with Relevanssi integration but its something else as I shared above information. You will require to check how you added the above search using what Tool and what it supports as currently it seems it is only bind to woocommerce products.

Ok, so how can I replace my search (from Flatsone) to the WordPress search (like you used for the first time, on the backed bar)?
Could you give me some tips (plugin or anything else, the code to replace with the WordPress search)?
I'm in trouble. 🙁
Thanks.

It should be coming from your theme so you will require to adjust search result page.

I'm afraid that this is not a Toolset issue and we do not offer such custom customization.

However, the quickest way is to create the "Search Result" archive, I've created the following:
=> hidden link

You should adjust the "Loop Editor" section and add whatever fields you want to display with your result archive and adjust your output.

Now, when you search with keyword, it will display the output from the above archive. Currently, I've displays post title with link.

Thanks Minesh,
it's an hard resolution problem but I understand I have to ask to theme author.
Thank you very much for helping me, I hope to solve in this way but even that I'll trust in your more support.
Best.

Thanks but as per our support policy we need to work within the defined support boundary, we can not offer support for third-party theme/plugins.

I hope its understandable. Please open a new ticket if you will require help for Toolset features [as ending my shift for now.]

Hi Minesh,
we have tested other setup and now search find the WordPress pages but not the Toolset pages posts (like artist or other page make with toolset). So we need support only for searching Toolset pages not for other or customization.
Do you think you could help me?
Thanks best.

I do not see any screenshot you shared.

Can you please tell me what archive you created and with what keyword you are searching and what posts you aim to display in result.
