We have a client site where the search results gallery grid has blank column spaces and blank pages reported by multiple viewers, as shown in the screenshots attached.

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I wonder if this happens with a default theme? If not, then it is a compatibility conflict with the theme and we'll do our best to help.

Actually, to better assist you with this issue, I'll need to see how the view is built on the admin area. I will also need steps to follow to see the issue(based on the first screenshot, this appears on page 12 without any search, I don't know about the second screenshot).

If you can provide a staging site that presents the same issue, that would be helpful. I will be able to enable/disable plugins, switch themes without impacting your live users.

It looks like you use a CDN for your images and the CDN is having problems displaying the images (screenshot).

When I hover over the img link in the browser dev tools it says it cannot load the image.

(From the markup, it looks like you are using Divi to output this grid of images, yes?)

As @nigel has spotted and explained in his last reply, the issue is actually from the CDN servers rather than from Toolset. Based on the image URLs on the CDN(hidden link) I assumed that it is provided by the Smush Pro plugin. Once I deactivated the images appeared on the view. The images are now served from the site's server instead of the Smush CDN.

This being said, there is nothing we can do for this issue, please reach to the Smush Pro support, or your CDN support for assistance.
