I'm using Relevanssi for search in custom fields but it doesn't work. The result: No items found

Can you please share details where on what page you added the search and what view you created and what is your expected results.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Can you please share bit more details like with what keyword I should try to search and what is your expected results and where you want to search:
- within post title only?
- post title and content?
- post title, content and custom field? if custom field within what custom field?

Field name Город или населенный пункт
Field slug address

Field name Телефон
Field slug telephone

for example using key word - Чехов should find post
hidden link

or key word - 89262245178 should also find the same post as these values in the fields above

What view exactly you would like to target?

I checked and it seems everything is setup as expected but I'm not sure why its not working.

Toolset role is just to pass the entered keyword to relevanssi and Relevanssi is responsible for the executing the search query and result.

I've coupld of suggestions:

Please setup a stating site first as we do not recommond to debug on live/production site.

In order to minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no conflict with the plugins/theme you use.

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

Can you please check with the Relevanssi support and check with them why its not fetching the results.
