[Resolved] Search functionality not showing all potential results

Our site uses a custom search in which users can search for dentists in our database by specifying a location and/or last name. You can find the custom search on the live site here:

The current issue is that only some dentists in our database are appearing in a search. For example, if we set the location to Florida, USA with a distance of 200 miles only three dentists appear in the results. In our database there exists far more than three dentists that should appear for that search. This functionality was working about a week ago and we are not sure what is causing the issue. Any insight on how to fix this problem would be much appreciated.

Please check what I see on the attached screenshot. It is more than three ones.
