[Resolved] Search Filter Jumping to Last Value After A Search Is Performed

This support ticket is created 4 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

The Chapters filter jumps to the last value of 50, and when I click on page 2 of the search results, '50' is added to the url string and therefor produces no results.

This site has been working great for 3-4 years. This is a new issue.

Hello there,

I have checked your site it seems like the custom JS added to the Child theme assets/js/search.js is causing the issue, I can see from the page source the appropriate values are selected however due to JS conflict the value is always displayed as 50, Please check the attached screenshot.

I hope this is something not related to toolset.
