Trying to stage my site before I update my theme.
When updating toolset, it says download failed and forbidden.

Hi Lisa,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I tried to log into the site to check on the issue for you but the credentials don't seem to work.

Can you check on them and let me know so that I can have a look ?

Thanks,
Shane

For some reason, the passwords aren't working. Now I'm able to update the plugins. Not sure why. If I don't use the toolset blocks, do I still need to have it installed and activated? I use my themes CMS for designing.
Also for future use, what toolset email can I use to provide access to my sites.

Hi Lisa,

Great it seems to be an issue that was resolved on our end.

Secondly there isn't an email that you can tie the admin accounts created for our support to. Each supporter has an individual email address that can be used. You can discuss this with each supporter that you interact with for their respective emails.

Thanks,
Shane

Concerning the blocks plugin is that always needed, if I don't use it?

Hi Lisa,

If you're not using any content templates or views then yes you can disable the blocks plugin as it should have any effect on your site.

Thanks,
Shane

same here, PHP 7.4 update provoked this issue; You might want to look into this issue more in depth because I see the Toolset forum os quite cramped with this message "Update failed: Download failed. Forbidden"
