I am trying to:
Insert in a custom post type created with toolset different data for each post called "corso".
The strange thing is that when I edit custom post (linked to "corsi avanzati" category) it overwrite custom group of fields called "scheda corsi".
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
In all pages in Corsi Avanzati>Corsi Accademici di I Livello reachable via menu.
I expected to see:
Different custom fields text saved in each one Corso CPT
Instead, I got:
I found the same values that I've saved once, such it recognize same post id...
I dunno how can I resolve this problem.
Thank for your Support

Hi Francesco,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I'm not sure I understand the issue fully. Are you able to provide a video illustration on the issue or a step by step guide on how I can see the issue.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello,

Thank you for the video demonstration. I was able to see the issue now.

Would it be ok if I took a copy of the website to test here locally?

This was I can check to see if the problem is being caused by the server as well as perform a few more advanced debugging steps.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Francesco,

I cannot find any clear cut reasons as to why these posts have their custom fields being linked like this.

Would it be possible for you to remake those 3 posts as there might be some corruption between the 3 of them as this should not be occurring.

This should clear up the issue that you're currently having.

Thanks,
Shane

I am truly disappointed in the support offered by your company.
We are not talking about 3 articles but minimum of 1 hundred.
We have tried to recreate the posts but there is nothing to do, it still doesn't work.

Thank you
E.

Hi Francesco,

I will continue to look into this one for you, however it is quite the odd case so it will take some time to fully investigate.

The impression I had was that only these 3 posts were being affected but I will continue to look into this for you.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Francesco,

I did some more checks on this for you.

I found that when I removed the view from the page itself and made a change to the custom field, the values were no longer being shared amongst your other post.

Can you perform a test on your end by removing the view from one of the posts below.

Then try to replicate the issue again and let me know if it still remains ?

On my end I was not able to replicate when I removed the view.
Thanks,
Shane

Hi Francesco,

I also forgot to mention that you need to update your Toolset Plugins to their latest versions as well.

Both Types and Views are not up to their latest versions.

Thanks,
Shane
