Same as before Error connecting to toolset

This support ticket is created 4 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I tried to login the access details you shared but its not working at this end.

The message does not mean that your sites will be down as Toolset not able to connect. The Toolset site key is required to update or auto-update plugins. There may be the case that we update the system and and that is why its not able to connect to the server but I can tell you once I review your current setup.

Can you please send me working admin access details.
