safari not showing a view

This support ticket is created 2 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

The view setup on the home page under the title "BEST IN SHOW"
Does not work in this Browser: Safari (works fine in others I've tested)

I set up a staging site and deactivated all plugins except the two Toolset Plugins needed for this view. Info provided.

Can you help?

I tried having a look at this one for you but it appears that the credentials aren't working. Also on chrome i'm not seeing any view either See Screenshot.

Hi Stacey,

Given that this is a live site, would you mind allowing me to grab a copy of the site using the duplicator plugin?

Based on what I see here the issue is with the view not displaying for logged out user. DO you have any custom code on the site that is related to the view ?
