My subscription failed to renew as my CC had changed. Once updated, I was charged the annual renewal fee promptly.
I am now unable to "Revalidate Subscription" on any of my sites. Please let me know how this can be amended.

Nothing I do seem to enable me to validate either the sites I have on my account, or another account I just purchased for my team. On the latter account, I deleted all the modules, reinstalled, and still get the "your account has expired" note. Whether I take this big hammer approach, or click on the unregister button, I am unable to get to a place where I can enter a valid key.

Could you try registering the site with this exact url casdev.unc.edu
Also if you tried this could you let me know the result? Also could you send me the registration key for the site at that URL so that I can try on my end ?
