I am trying to:

Implement the lost password - reset password functionality.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
The reset password functionality as documented here: https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/building-the-my-account-page/

Instead, I got:
I navigate through the lost-password page fine. I get a link to reset my password in my email fine. I click the link, enter my username, and then I am redirected here: hidden link

I saw that another user had this problem, but his ticket was not resolved:

Hi Christina,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Could you send me a few screenshots of the Reset password shortcode on the edit page as well as the shortcode for the reset form.

I would like to see if everything has been setup correctly.

Thanks,
Shane

You seem to be asking to see 2 shortcodes. Here is one. I'm not sure what other shortcode you want to see.

Hi Christina,

Based on our documentation here https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/building-the-my-account-page/#creating-the-lost-password-page

There should be a shortcode

[wpv-forgot-password-form reset_password_url='<em><u>hidden link</u></em>;

Then on the reset password page you should have.

[wpv-reset-password-form redirect_url='<em><u>hidden link</u></em>;

Please let me know if you have both of these shortcodes setup correctly based on our documentation.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Christina,

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site so that I can test this to see what exactly is happening ?

Thanks,
Shane
