Tell us what you are trying to do?
hello,

I have installed a classic view (legacy view) displaying a table with useful links. I added to the page, where the view is displayed (only search results), at left a custom sidebar (screenshot 1). In this sidebar, the widget 'WP View Filter' is integrated (Settings in Screenshot 2).

Everything works fine, if I hit the submit button (Los geht's), then the table view is filtred as required.

So far so good, BUT: The RESET button does not work at all, no reaction, nothing... did I miss something?

Many thanks in advance for your answer!

Franz

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please share problem URK where I can see the issue as well as admin access details so I can review whats going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

hi Minesh,

I have found the mistake in the meantime: in the legacy view, the setting 'Disable the wrapping DIV around the View' was activated which causes the RESET Button to fail. After inactivation of this setting, RESET button is working as expected.

Knd regards
