We have the opportunity to make an offer for a new website. We have been using Toolset for years and know what it can do, but we have never built something like this before, so we are wondering if Toolset can do this. The website is a service platform that will be used by our client (interior designer, backend) and their clients (property managers, front end).
FRONT END USERS must be able to:
- log in to their own personal, private page. Property managers should never be able to view the WP backend or other Property Managers personal page.
- fill in forms (report damages, request assistance, file complaints) and be able to upload photos and documents. Forms should be linked to specific projects (created by the back end user, dropdown).
- add/complete missing/incomplete info in their company profile page
- an email should be sent to the back end users when a front end user has submitted a form.
BACK END USERS must be able to:
- create front end users
- create Projects linked to front end users.
- upload documents to Projects that will be visible for Front end users.
- an email should be sent to the front end users when a back end user has uploaded documents to the Project.
You can control the user capabilities for post types etc.. using Toolset access and you can build frontend forms using the Toolset Forms. You can check what is the best course that suits your requirement.
