I have several product categories and each of them has it´s own frontend form to add/edit a product (unpublished status afterwards). Depending on the category there are different fields and some of them are required. When I want to publish a product in the (WooCommerce) backend I have to fill out ALL the required fields from EVERY category.
That´s why I was wondering, if there´s a feature now for required fields in frontend forms only. Or maybe there´s another way to accomplish, what I need. Any idea is very welcome!

Can you please tell me what fields you want to make it as required on frontend forms and send me problem URL where I can see the form as well as admin access details.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Currently - when I submit the forms I can see other fields are also required.
Do you mean you only want to set only the following fields as required field on your form:
Hersteller (line 150)
Produktionsjahr (line 154)
Einbaujahr (line 158)
Or you mean, you want to add above fields as required including what you have already set as required?
As soon as I know how it works, I want to set all fields that are required now in this form to "required only in frontend". So there will be only fields that are required only in frontend, none required in the backend.
