Request for Supporter change on ticket

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Could I please request the Supporter on this ticket to be changed to someone ideally between GMT -05:00 and +01:00.

Nothing personal, I have been receiving excellent support from Minesh, but due to timezone differences we are only working about 2/3 hours overlapping during the day.

We love Minesh!
