I have created a new type with Toolset ("Impresoras").
When I am in a post of that type, 2 sections of the field group ("Grupo de campos para impresoras" are shown to me. A correct section with all the fields inside and another section that is the same but empty.
I cannot reproduce the problems, but the sandbox is not identical to my site, for example, I have Woocommerce and WPML Woocommerce Multilingual installed, I have Toolset Blocks. I no longer know what to do to reproduce the problems. 🙁
But if the other problem occurs, an error occurs when entering type "Impresoras". I would see it?
Curiously there are 2 repeated groups, the "Impresoras" and the "Fabricantes", which are the groups that are related with your option "RelationShips".
This is really strange. do you know even when you see the custom field group repeated?
I suggest, first, try to resolve that WPML duplicate entry issue and check if that fix the issue automatically. If No, I need duplicator package of your install.
Well, then I'll see if they respond to the WPML forum ticket and manage to solve the problem.
The Duplicator plugin was installed by Shane, so it is on my site.
When I get some support from WPML I will tell you something.

Yes, thats fine. Please update me if you able to resolve WPML issue, this duplicate custom field group issue resolved automatically or not.
Try to delete the existing empty custom field group once WPML issue is fixed and they try to re-save the custom field group which is having the fields. So at least we can know when duplicate empty custom field group is created. Additionally, if you work in this current timezone if you want I will pass this ticket to Shane. As In a couple of hours I will close the shift.
