Repeated and uneditable Toolset WooCommerce Post Fields

This support ticket is created 4 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi there!

I am trying to:

Use WooCommerce on a site where Toolset is activated.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:

I expect no Toolset WooCommerce fields at all. (I haven't set any up.)

Instead, I get:

An increasing number of such fields, as shown in the attached images and in this video:

And I'm not able to remove these at the first link above. They seem to be generated automatically and uneditable.

And the site is very slow at times when Tooset is activated.

I've shared access to a staging site, so you can add or deactivate any plugins there as needed to troubleshoot.

Hi there. My issue is resolved now. We found out the cause of this and we were able to restore from a backup to avoid it. Thank you for your help!
