Hi!
I have a dynamic slider built using the legacy view (hidden link).

The element of the sliders are taken from a repeatable group (see screenshot attached). I'd like to order those items following the same order they have on the page. I have chosen "menu order" in the view configuration (see here:hidden link ) but nothing happens.

Is there a way to make the items to display on the page with the order they have on the post page?

Thank you in advance!

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

To list items as per the repeating field group items order on your view's edit page navigate to "Ordering" section and from the ordering section select drop-down select the option "Field – toolset-post-sortorder" and order to be Ascending.

I hope the above information will help you to resolve your issue.

Hi Minesh,

thank you so much for your fast reply.

I have changed the settings and the order of the items has changed. It is not the correct one though.

The first item is correct, then the order is not the order the items have on the page. Do you know why this is happening and how to fix it?

You can see the order and the setting applied in these 3 images: hidden link

I would like to know - are those repeating field group items added using the Toolset form or only from backend?

Can you please share problem URL where you are displaying the repeating field group as well as admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Unfortunately - the admin access details you shared with us is not working at this end. Can you please send me working admin access details.

I've set your view to display only the repeating field group "Accesorios repeatable group" which was also set to display "Autoclaves":
- hidden link

I've changed the "Query Filter" as given under with your above view - which was set to "ANY" relationship:

Filter by post relationship or repeatable fields group owner
Select items from the Accesorios repeatable group group that are related to the Post with ID set by the shortcode attribute relatedto.
eg. [wpv-view name="view-name" relatedto="123"]

I've set the "ordering" section to sort the field by number as you can see with the following screenshot:
- hidden link

I can see the correct order of repeating field group and see expected results on the frontend now:

Can you please confirm it works as expected.
