This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that the Repeatable field groups on the user's CPT keeps loading.
Solution:
This issue was resolved in our Types version 3.0.8

Just to let you know there is a problem with the toolset forms update 2.1
As soon as you update Toolset Forms the ' Repeatable Group' in types keeps loading forever ... (Image attached)
I went back to the prior version, and it working again...
