I have repeatable group "spaces" with fields, including radio fields. On the backend, when moving the repeatable groups up or down to change the order, the radio fields that have been chosen go back to empty and need to be reselected. The text fields keep their values, but the radio fields lose their value and go empty.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Hi Aaron

I see that this same issue was stumbled upon internally recently while testing a fix for a related issue when re-ordering RFGs with WYSIWYG fields.

The fix might not make it into the upcoming bug fix release (expected in a week or so), but I'll add this thread to the internal ticket and keep you updated when the fix is out.

Thanks Nigel, I hadn't noticed the issue specifically before but my client made me aware of the issue. Appreciate you following up, if it doesn't make the upcoming bug fix released, is there any stopgap fix to remedy this? It doesn't seem to be happening to single line text fields in the same group, just radio fields.

Thanks again!

If it's not included I won't have a workaround.

A tester found the problem with radio fields when checking a problem with WYSIWYG fields, the developer said let me fix that, too, then said, oh, it's more complicated for radio fields.

I don't know the details why.

If they miss the next release and then fix it, I'll see if I can get a patch so you don't have to wait for the following releases.

Just to let you know that the fix for this will be included in the next release for Types. Depending on how testing goes, we're hopeful that will be next week.

I've leave this as escalated and let you know when it's out.

The fix is finally out today.

If you don't see the update in your plugins page from the custom Toolset installer page click the Check for Updates button. It is also available on the downloads page at toolset.com/account/downloads.

Let me know if you still see any problems after updating.

Great, thanks Nigel. I'll test out the update in staging and will follow up.

Thanks again!
