Hi there,

Is it possible show repeat custom field only 1 but random order?

Let say I have repeat custom field for image:
Image 1, Image 2, Image 3

Then I want show only 1 image but in random order.
So every refresh browser it show random image.

I would like to know first and clarify that do you have repeating field group or custom field which offer you multiple instances?

for now I still using single custom field. But do it possible if I use repeat custom field image, then show it 1 image but random order?

Yes but there is no native way but either you will have to use custom shortcode that should return the random order number and then we can display that number image option of your repeating field.
