I've updated our WordPress site hidden link and get an error on our homepage everytime I want to change something.

"The "Actuele boekingen" layout does not include any shortcodes or cells that display post content, so your edits in the content area on this page will not appear anywhere. "https://toolset.com/forums/forum/professional-support/

I saw that we it was because we didn't have a contract anymore for Toolset so I bought a subscription yesterday so the problem could be solved. I've uploaded the plugin again but it doesn't seem to work. When i go to toolset within Plugin >New Plugin> Toolset it says

"You are using an expired Toolset account. This means that you will not receive any updates. This can lead to stability and even security problems."

When i click on refresh it doesn't do anything and when i click on "Extend subscription" i go to your website. But I already bought a subscription. Could you please help me get it working again so i can change the text etc. I have to change the dates we're closed on the homepage as soon as possible because our covid lockdown in the netherlands has been extended and people can't visit us from next week on.

Hi Ester,

Thank you for getting in touch.

This seems to be a case where you need a new site key for the plugins. What you can do is to follow the instructions in the link below and let me know generating a new key helps.

Hi Shane,

Thanks! Can i then unsubscribe the older Toolset Installation and then register the new key without messing our website up?

Hi Ester,

Yes you can, once you've removed the old site key you plugins will still continue to function as normal then you can just re-add the new one to the plugin.

Thanks,
Shane

Unfortunately it gives the error "Invalid site code for this site." while I entered the correct adress on the My Sites and copy pasted the key.

Hi Ester,

It would be best to allow our plugin to automatically send the URL to our API for registration.

Here is the link to the documentation.

Step #3 highlights the process on how to get the correct registration key.

Thanks,
Shane
