Renewal - Toolset

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

In my account I see a renewal coming up for 3 sites. We only have one site. A price of 111 $ is offered for a renewal.

On the webpage https://toolset.com/buy/ I read the renewal is only 51 $ for one site.

Please change the offer price into one for 1 site.

Thank you for getting in touch.

Checking on your account, I see that you have subscription that gives you the option for up to 3 registered websites. As you've stated the correct renewal off for accounts with up to 3 registered websites is $111.

Unfortunately we don't have an option to downgrade the accounts, however what you can do is to terminate your current account and then open a new account under the single site subscription.
