I see when relevanssi plugin is active, view generates the incorrect query.
For now, I disable the relevanssi plugin to demonstrate you that when relevanssi plugin is deactivated I can see the expected results. Please check the following link:

Yeah i tried without relevanssi also before and when i search a video custom post lets say this job Video last job it dosent show anything even without relevanssi. So whats the issue here?
I can see the entry "Video last job" it was not showing because the field "approval" is not set to "Approved". I set the field to "
Approved" now and its showing in the results.

Well can you solve the issues? Filters dont work at the moment, searching job titles dosent show anything and relevanssi which is supposed to work with toolset dosent function properly.

I dont know how you are saying its working clearly its not.
I just checked without cache, checked on my phone, windows , mac and my colleague pc. No filter is working.
I need to search by exact title match and by custom field from rellevansi plugin.
Frist of all - "Relevanssi" is active on this install.

As you can see, the kind of project is set to "Web" for post " Video job 03" and the status is "Pending". Can you please confirm after watching the video that search works for you as expected?

It dosent make sense for users to first set the filters then search.
When you are shown all the results at the beginning shouldnt it search every custom posts without the use of filters first?
You already added the filters to your custom search, so when you search the posts, the filter value should match what you pass to search.
You added three filters: Job Status, Kind of project and Project date. Please notice the current value of search filters. For Jost Status = Pending, Kind of project = Print, Project date = Newer first.
Now, if you just directly load the page and search for the title "Video job 03", the result will not match as by default for filter
Kind of project default selected value will be passed is Print and for "Video job 03" post if you check the value of field "Kind of project" is set to web.

Can you please tell me - do you want default option for your filter like "Please Select' for filter Job Status, Kind of project?
I see how it works.. needs to be first select filters. As it is now -if you could check- the filters are on first option "select" so the search engine should search everything including custom fields. At them moment when i search a specific custom field it shows nothing?
