This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
Relevanssi not searching through custom field text with Toolset Views Search.
Solution:
The issue was that your search was currently set to only check the Post Title and the Post Content.
To resolve this remove the search bar from your view and then reinsert it, ensuring that you've selected the option when inserting the search bar to search through the custom fields as well.

I am trying to: search all custom fields for custom post type of "materials
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
I expected to see: when I search "confidence" or "assesses" (both found in custom fields" the science self-efficacy post should show as a result
Instead, I got: "No items found"
I used Toolset > Settings > Text Search to get the correct field names for all the custom fields and the under Settings > Relevanssi I pasted those in under Indexing > Custom Fields > Some. I also have "material" post type checked to index and have rebuilt the index multiple times.
Hi Shane,
Thank you very much for fixing this! I want to make sure I understand how to do this myself if it happens again. Did you remove and reinsert the search in the materials-library2 archive > Search and Pagination section? Sometimes the insert option show as grayed out --even if they have later been removed. This happens with fields as well. Is there a way to remedy that?
