Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to show employee in car single site depends on same taxonomy (Brand)
Is this possible?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi there,

If I understood you correctly, you want to show some related posts on the single car page that is of the same taxonomy that the single car is.

If that is what you are looking for, kindly consider reading the documentation below to know how to implement the feature:

https://toolset.com/course-lesson/displaying-related-posts/

Thank you.

Thank you for reply, that i will also need. But I was more thinking, for example: I have Team members which are selling Cars with taxonomy Brand (Audi, Bmw, ...). And at the Car BMW I would like to show just members who are dedicated to BMW brand.

Hi there,

For that, you will need custom coding as it is not what taxonomies are for. The problem is that it is not possible to create a relationship between taxonomy and another post that the taxonomy is not assigned to.

You need to think of the Brands in another way, try to have them as a separate post type, and create a relationship between brands and cars and agents and brands.

That way you will have an option to add a view and then use the relationship to connect each post type with the proper counterpart.

If you want to keep the taxonomy then you need to do custom development.

You need to add a view and use the Toolset Hook below:

https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/views-filters/#wpv_filter_query

You also need to find the current car taxonomy:

https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_the_terms/

This is not what we can do for you and it is considered as custom development work.

You are welcomed to ask a developer to do that for you from the list below:

Thanks
