I am trying to: in Toolset Types 3.6.1, i made a wrong relationship record between two custom post types, and I am trying to disconnect the relationship, but I do not see the 'disconnect' option anymore. I used to see that just below the 'title' column of the relationship.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: in the backend, for event : see images in annex, it is a problem for all my connections, not one specific one, so the images are just an example. The 'event' from the example image: hidden link
The picture from the example 'picture': hidden link

They should be disconnected, but I do not see how anymore.

you still have login credentials to my site in this ticket:

I expected to see: the meta-box where I could 'disconnect' the relationship, as before.

Instead, I got: no meta-box, meaning I cannot disconnect the relationship record to correct my faulty connection

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I checked the both links you shared and normally post-relationship boxes used to display at bottom of your add/edit post page.

I can see the all post-relationship boxes at bottom of the page - Can you please confirm.

#2826608

Yes, I can see the boxes; as you can see in the images I attached.

But, what has disappeared is the 'disconnect' function. It used to be below the first column 'title' of a relationship entry, together with some other functions I now forget.

How do I disconnect a relationship record now?

if you can check the page source there are actions available but I'm not sure why its not displyed.

Can you please try to disable plugins one by one and check if you able to spot the conflict or switch to default theme?
- Do you see any difference?

#2826611

This will take some time, but yes.

#2826612

It seems the plugin 'WP Maps Pro' is the culprit. When disabling this one on my dev platform the 'disconnect and other functions reappear.

What do you want me to do next?

As you may aware - we do not have any official integration with the 'WP Maps Pro' plugin.

You can get in touch with 'WP Maps Pro' plugin support and check with them and share all details you share here and if they share solution - you're welcome to share here in benefit of other users.

WePlugins solved the issue, but were not very transparant as to how.
