[Resolved] Relationship Form "Add New" button dimmed out

I am trying to: Add my first Relationship form

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see: "Add New" Relationship form

Instead, I got: The Add-New button is dimmed out. Also, trying to create the form from within a cell of a Layout used on a Page requires that an existing Relationship be chosen...but none exist in the drop-list. I have two forms to relate, each with a Content Template and a View Layout. How do I start connecting them?

Note: I just started using Toolset this week, so could easily have made a dumb mistake. But I've checked the documentation several times. I think I'm following it correctly.

It does not seem to me that you yet created some Post Types or Relationships in Toolset > Post Types or Toolset > Relationships.
Is this correct?
I got this details from the Debug info you sent which features empty data for most of Toolset Plugins, I see you created some Templates and a View, but no Post Types or Relationships.

If this is right, you would first need to create at least a Relationship in Toolset > Relationships, so the Toolset Forms can add a form to a existing Relationship.

The only way I was able to replicate what you report is to not have any existing Relationship on my website, hence, I think that is the issue here.
Let me know if I am wrong.

That was it. I didn't see the "Relationship" option in the menu, went straight to "Relationship Form". Thanks!
