This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that the relationship menu isn't appearing for the user.
Solution:
The issue here is that you are using Types version 2.3.5
What you need to do is to update this to version 3 in order get the relationships menu.
Types 3.0 can be downloaded in the link below.

I´ve bought the Toolset plugin because of relationship tool, but it doesn´t appear in dashboard. I feel like a dumb.
Is there something I have to activate to show Relationship on dashboad? Please llok at my dashboard right now. Relationship field is not there!!
