[Resolved] Relationship cannot connect, return an error occured

Hi I am using Toolset Types and have several Relationship for some of the CPT, it fines in the past, but in last 2-3 days it cannot connect anything, it says There has been an error, please try again later.

I can give you access to the admin page or the hosting if you want to check the database

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you plese share problem URL and admin access details and exact steps I will have to follow that should help me to see the issue.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi Minesh, sorry for the late reply, I already resolved it by restore a backup database, it seems there is a corrupted database in the relationship table, and it will be to much a hassle to figuring out what went there, so I just restore a backup from 2 days and now it working fine, thanks again
