Tell us what you are trying to do?

Display a block on a product page. I created a 1-to-1 relationship with a custom post type.

It is a Kadence gallery block. I created 2 identical relationships for the product page. But only 1 works and the other does not

In the backend (th etoolset content template), the gallery images show up. but they are not displaying on the frontend

Is there any documentation that you are following?

https://toolset.com/2022/02/3-non-obvious-applications-of-post-relationships-in-wordpress/

Is there a similar example that we can see?

The third example from the link above

What is the link to your site?

Hi there

It is difficult to say why it might not be working without looking at how exactly you have set it up.

Would it be possible to get access to your site to check?

Let me mark your next reply as private so that we can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for us to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

Hi Sunil,

Thank you for the credentials.

I tried logging into the site for you but i'm getting the error "Error: The username yedder2golovin is not registered on this site. If you are unsure of your username, try your email address instead."

Can you test the login on your end and let me know the results.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Sunil,

Thank you for the details.

I had a look at this one for you and was able to clearly see the issue.

However it is not just limited to another relationship. If I try to add another single field using the same relationship that doesn't work the issue is there as well.

Can you check your PHP logs to see if some hard limit is being reach by your server? You can also send me the logs so that I can have a look at it as well.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

Both the php limit and max post limit is 512mb. Please advise me on how to get the php logs.

I removed the first single field relationship and replaced it with Toolset's product image block. But still the second single field relationship will not show

I am also experiencing a problem on the front-end for this product page: hidden link

Please see the screenshot attached. Or you can visit the page to see the error text. This is the output from the WP_Debugging plugin

I am not sure if this is connected to the same issue or if I should open a separate ticket

Hi Sunil,

Based on the issue here I will need to grab a copy of your site to test here locally.

I would like to see if the issue with the relationship block is replicable here. Please let me know if I can take the copy.

You can also manually refer to the field by using the shortcode.

[wpv-post-body view_template="None" item="@product-print-gallery.child"]

I've already added this to the site and confirmed that the correct items are being displayed on the frontend. If you're satisfied with this solution please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane
