Related product is not mobile responsive

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I expected to see: A proper "related products" block collapsing on mobile devices

Instead, I got: 4 columns on mobile. I shouldn't have to make a custom view just for this related products area.

Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.

Currently, the Related Products block does not include a setting to fix the number of columns. So we can't set it for each display type(Desktop, Tablet, Mobile). It is just a wrapper around the core WooCommerce related products feature.

However, you can create your own related products view, and have more control over it. You will have to change the number of columns for each display type in the View loop block. Check this article for more details https://toolset.com/course-lesson/creating-a-custom-list-of-related-products/
