Hi,
I have a job website where we publish job posts (news) made with custom fields and Repeatable Field Groups (RFGs). Now I want to display related job posts (Jobs having some similarity) in the single job post bottom.
I have created views for related posts and inserted it in the Single 'Job' Post template. You can see it hidden link
But the problem is I want to show similar job vacancies based on 'Job Type' custom field (RFG). But it's showing something else that's don't even match.

I understand you have the same ticket open with me here already:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/how-to-display-related-posts-based-on-custom-fields/page/2/

Note that the solution does not depend on me, it depends on Toolset.

I have already created an internal task for me and the team to amylase this further but as said in the other ticket:
There is likely no possibility to do so.

If this is the same issue/topic as in https://toolset.com/forums/topic/how-to-display-related-posts-based-on-custom-fields/page/2/, we can close here

Thank you.

I was seeking a second opinion in this regard. Let me have some alternative way to solve the issue if you can. May be customized coding!!

#1347903

This forum does not provide customized coding.

Please consult the Support Guidelines here, if in doubt: https://toolset.com/toolset-support-policy/

You can always get in touch with contractors at https://toolset.com/contractors/, if you require custom coding.

Unfortunately here in the forum it is very rare (but possible) that other users interact on other's tickets (everything is ready for it, it is just very rare that it happens).

You can absolutely leave the ticket here open (however the bot will close it in a few days) if you want to receive eventual feedback from the community, however I think the Facebook Groups probably are better for this (although, the particular task here mentioned, is not really easily solvable, if at all).

I am working on your ticket on the other end and will update you there.

Thanks!

Well, thanks. Hope you/toolset development team would soon get a solution in this regard.

I am trying my best on the other ticket and will update you there asap.
