[Resolved] Registration Nag on Plugins Page

This support ticket is created 6 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: use toolset

I expected to see: no error messages

Instead, I got: registration nags:

any update here? doesn't seem to affect operation of plugins but why is the notice showing on plugins page?

Hi Brendan,

What I want you to do is to de-register the site and then regenerate a new site key for that site and then re-add it to our toolset plugins.

Please try this and let me know if it works.

Actually I asked because a customer with the same issue reported that he wasn't seeing the issue anymore so I though our systems team resolved it.

I see on our internal system that they are still looking into it.
