Tell us what you are trying to do?

Trying to register my second site however the key doesn't seem to work.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Spoke to customer support, they suggested deleting the site and adding it again, I did this twice with no luck.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi there

Can I clarify, did you create a new key for the second site, or are you using the same key from the first site?

The keys are generated based upon the site URL, so you need separate keys for each site.

Hi,

I created a new subdomains site crm.collab.solutions, installed wp 4.9.... and toolset plugin.

On my toolset acc I created a new site crm.collab.solution, this generated a key that I used to register on the plugin through the wp plugin section.

This is where I then get the error as shown in the image.

I then (twice) deleted the site created in toolset acc and re issued a key in toolset acc with same error, and for good measure deleted the toolset plugin and reinstalled it again and tried to add the key again with same error.

I then registered a third URL to test and the third URL and key registered just fine.

So I have two URLs that work and accept the key and one that doesn’t, having followed the exact process with all of them.

The only difference (and I will be surprised if this has any impact at all). During the registration process of toolset to crm.collab.solutions, I accidentally copied and pasted an API key for the avada theme into the Toolset key and submitted, this gave me the original error of site could not be registered. However after I tried to use the correct key the error remains. Surly this last part couldn’t have any talkathon to the problem. Unless that wrong key is now stuck in the cash. I’ll clear the cash later today and see what happens.

Any thoughts from your side will be helpful thx
Waldo

Hi Waldo

Glad you got it working.

The only thing I see in your screenshot that looks odd is that it appears to have identified the URL as CRM.collab.solution (i.e. with uppercase CRM) whereas in your description you describe trying to register crm.collab.solution, I suspect the difference in case may have been significant when it comes to generating the key.
