Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to reactivate my Toolset plugins on my website with a new registration key. However, every time I input it, the registration key says that it is an invalid site key for the domain.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hey there,

Welcome to the Toolset support forum!

Let's try a possible solution. Please follow these steps:

- Go to https://toolset.com/account/sites/
- Find the key of your affected site and erase it
- Create a new key and copy it
- From the WordPress dashboard navigate to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial, Click on "unregister the site" on the right top next to Check for updates
- In this same plugins panel, click under the “Register” button below Toolset plugin
- Add your new Site Key copied above

Please make sure that in the third step you enter the exact same URL that appears in your Settings -> General page.

Keep us posted about your results. Thanks!

Regards,
Mateus.
