[Resolved] Registration information not available

This support ticket is created 3 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

When updating the site I get a message that toolset needs to be registered to update the plugins.

Looking at the plugin page, they show as registered.

Looking under the commercial tab of "add new", there is no information on registration (see image), so I can try clearing and resetting the registration.

Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.

I searched our internal database and you have currently a registration key for the website hidden link and your account.
The screenshot does not tell if the registration has any issues. Can you please force a check for updates in the Toolset installer page(Commercial tab)?

If you are still unable to download updates, please remove the existing key from the toolset.com account, register your website to get a new key, then register it on your website and try to update. If the updates fail again, I'll need to log in to your website and check further.
