Hi Shane
This is the problem. If I follow the instructions in the link you provided, I go to Plugins>Add new and click on Commercial tab.
It doesn't show me anything for toolset, it only shows that I need to register WPML. I've never installed WPML on this website. It looks like toolset thinks its WPML. I've attached a screenshot.
I also tried to add the registration key manually in the wp-config.php file. However, after doing this, I still see same errors in plugins list, i.e. Toolset Types is showing message: You are using an unregistered version of WPML and are not receiving compatibility and security updates. Register now
My problem here is that I'm on quite a tight timescale to get a website up and running. I am currently working on a development version of the final website. My reading is that I don't really need to register toolset for a development site and toolset is currently working on this website. However, I cannot afford to continue with development to find that the plugin will not register when we move the site to live.
Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to website so that I can have a look at this for you ?
Also not having the plugins registered won't affect the functionality of the plugins, this is only to allow your plugins to update through the installer. You can still perform manual updates to the site.
However when I have a look at the dev site I should be able to see what is happening and check if its an issue with the installer.
I logged into the development site this morning and all of the toolset plugins are now showing correct registration message: "You are using an unregistered version of Toolset and are not receiving compatibility and security updates. Register now". If I click on the register link, it now correctly shows me toolset registration block. I'm not sure what happened here. I haven't modified the site or installed, uninstalled any other plugins. Last night I was seeing the issue, this morning not.
I think we can close this thread for now. I'll register the plugin with the site when we take it live next week.
