I'm told I can't access the registration page.
Hello, that is unusual...are you logged in to wp-admin as an Administrator user? That's the first thing I would check, so please log out and log back in using Administrator credentials to be sure. You can try these additional troubleshooting steps next:
- Be sure the Toolset Types plugin is active and up-to-date. The latest version is Types 3.4.11 and is available in our downloads area: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
- If you are not running the latest version of Types, please download a fresh copy from the downloads page. Then deactivate and delete the existing Types plugin from wp-admin > Plugins > Installed Plugins. Your Toolset content stays saved in the database, so no need to worry about losing your work so far. After deleting the old version, go to wp-admin > Plugins > Add New, and upload/activate the new version of Types you just downloaded. Test the Toolset registration process again by navigating to wp-admin > Plugins > Add New, then click the Commercial tab. Let me know if you are unable to access the Plugins area in general, the Add New Plugin page, or the Commercial tab.
- If registration is successful, reactivate your custom code snippets, theme, and other plugins, and confirm the site is working as expected.
- If registration is not successful or if you cannot access the plugins or registration pages, temporarily deactivate all plugins except Toolset Types. If you want to activate a Maintenance Mode plugin during testing, that should be okay.
- If you have any custom code snippets in Toolset > Settings > Custom Code, temporarily deactivate them all.
- Temporarily activate a default theme like Twenty Twenty One, then test registration again.

Please let me know the result of these tests and we can go from there.
