[Resolved] Registatrion doesn’t ‘keep’

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user's registration key doesn't remain. After registering the plugins, the user notices that after some time her plugins will become unregistered.

Solution:

It seems like this was a non-issue as logging in and registering the site works with no issue at all.

If you're still experiencing an issue like this please open a support ticket and our team will be more than happy to help.

I have filled in the site key and registered the URL to the plugin multiple times (successfully) but every time I go back to the admin dashboard it is disconnected again and I have the following error:
"You must have a valid subscription in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a subscription or enter an existing site key."

The error goes away when I fill in the key and then the next time I log in, it's back again. Very annoying.

I want to give you WP access but I can't because it will only allow me to send it if I also send FTP access (all external access to our server via FTP is blocked) so I can't send them both. I have an admin account for you if you let me know where to send it.

Hi Vivian,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Would you mind providing me with admin access to the website so that I can check on this for you ?

The private fields have been enabled for the next response.

Also could you send me the generated API key for the site as well.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Vivian,

Thank you for the credentials.

I tried with a key i generated and it worked without any issues at all.

Could you send me your key so that I can try it and see if I can replicate the issue ?

Thanks,
Shane

Did you take the key off? We need to leave it on for a day or so and see if it's still there the next day. It doesn't stop working the exact next time you log out/in... It's random at some point in the next few logins from what i've seen. If you didn't take the key off I'm getting the same error again. As mentioned, there's no problem with the actual registration, but when I come back in a day or so it is back to being 'unregistered'

The key is hM7R9AxFep

Please see the Toolset website registration which is fine, in the images attached. I can't seem to make this message private?

Thanks

I should also be noted that not having the registration key does not prevent the plugins from functioning normally

It seems you putting in your key has fixed it. It is holding the registration now.

Thanks
