This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that the customer was trying to install one of our reference sites but the installer kept timing out.
Solution:
This was an issue on our plugin but has since been resolved in the latest version. I would recommend performing an update by going to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial and then update the framework installer plugin to version 2.1.9.5

I tried to install the Beyond the Basics reference site but my server timed out.
I want to try " Install the reference site from a backup file. ", so could you give me the backup file(Beyond the Basics reference site) and instructions ?
