Hi,

I am referring to my previous issue: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/how-to-autofill-parent-custom-field/

I just realised there is an issue with the JS affecting my main page slider in a weird way - the View search fields can only appear in the first and the last page. Any sliders in between, the View disappears. If I remove the JS in View, everything is back to normal.

I attached photos of the first, middle and last page for your reference.

You can test it on my site: https:sp8ce.co. I have disabled sliding but you can click right button on the edge of the screen or bottom dots to move to next slide to see the effect.

Thanks.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - The help you needed is related to pure customization. It's working fine on simple page bug not on the custom slider you are using.

I will try to check whats going wrong there but dont promise you to share solution for this issue as this is something beyond the scope of our support policy to debug customization user made as per their requirement.

Please share access details, I will try my best to help you but please note that this is pure customization and I may ask you to contact our certified partners for your any custom programming needs.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi Minesh,

I find that the following JS code is affecting View from loading in my slider:

$('#wpv_control_select_wpv-relationship-filter_city').trigger('change');

I have temporarily commented it. Feel free to uncomment it for testing.

Thanks.

Yes - I checked, now as you have only Singapore as option for city - I do not think that line of code is needed.

is this your expected output?

I have to remove the child field "area/district" from the main page as an alternative solution, which is ok for the moment. I think we can close this.

Thanks.
