Problem:
Random order in view not working
Solution:
The user was using the WP Engine hosting and WP Engine hosting disable the random order by default.
Can you please enable the "Allow Order By Rand" setting from WP Engine settings and check if that help you to resolve your issue.

I have a view that should create a random list of posts with one of the same categories as the post page where it is displayed. I have used this view for a while and it worked before, but recently I noticed it is not displaying a random order-- it is displaying only in alphabetical order based on the first category of the post page.

I have disabled every plugin on this dev site except for Toolset Types and Toolset Views, so it is not from a plugin conflict. I have attached a screenshot of the view I'm using.
