I am trying to: figure out why your plugin has injected blank fields into the backend of my products

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: cant be seen in front end (that I know of)

I expected to see: not this

Instead, I got: this.

See screenshot

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I wonder if this happen for all products or just some? Does it happen every time or randomly? Would you allow me temporary access to your website to check this further? Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **

Is there anyway to trouble shoot without access? This is happening on all products. Simple, variable and it happens regardless the product template. Some of our products use a custom Toolset custom layout. Others do not.

I don't think this has anything to do with templates. The templates are used on the frontend, whereas the issue is happening on the backend.

Well, you can perform the following checks, but if they do not help fix the issue, we might need more than access. We'll need a copy of your website to check it locally. If we take the copy by ourselves, we'll make sure to reduce its size by excluding media files and probably other files from the website.

We'll need to check cache, and compatibility conflict with the theme or other plugins. Please check if this issue appears when:
- Only Toolset plugins are activated. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with another plugin.
- The theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty-Twenty. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
This test will also exclude the possibility of a caching plugin causing the issue. If the problem disappears, start activating one at a time to track where the incompatibility is produced.
