[Resolved] Query Filter section of a View not showing

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the customer is unable to see the query filter section in their view.

Solution:

I suspect that this is because the screen option is disable for it. Scroll to the top of your view then click on screen options. From there you should be able to enable the query filter section.

Hi

I'm trying to create a view which display CPT the have have a date (custom field created by Types) between today and 30 ldays later.

In your documetation, it says to use a Query filter. My problem is that I don't have that choice...
The section is not there, only a note saying :
The Filter section allows you to set a pagination and custom search so visitors can control the view query

What am I missing?
In another view, previously made, I see the add filter button. But not in this one...

Hi Francois,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

I suspect that this is because the screen option is disable for it. Scroll to the top of your view then click on screen options. From there you should be able to enable the query filter section.

Thanks,
Shane
